Payment option *

First come, first served! A 50% deposit or full payment is required to reserve your space. The remaining balance and applications must be paid before August 21st, 2026. Payments are non-refundable for vendor cancellations.

Vendor Rules & Requirements

  • No electricity or water available.
  • Set-up 7:00 to 10:00 AM; tear-down starts 8:00 PM. Food vendors: no entry after 11:00 AM.
  • Vendors are responsible for all required permits and certifications (Easton Health Dept. & Business Registration).
  • Selling alcoholic beverages is prohibited and may result in removal and fines.
  • Mandatory health inspection 9:00 to 10:00 AM; vendors must pass to participate.
  • Vendors provide their own tables, chairs, and trash cans, and keep their area clean.
  • All vehicles must be moved to the designated lot by 10:00 AM.
